BIRTH RATES

I reckon it is very interesting the map above because in it you can see the different birth rates around the world in the different countries. In colour red, and mainly in the african country, the number of new babies per year and per 1000 of inhabitants is really high. Can you explain to me why? Write comments with your answers and considerations.
